  其次如果客户依旧没有回复,那我们可以再次发一次报价给对方,但是语气和态度要端正,不要着急也不要生气。

  i'm sorry, but i don't know if you have received my quotation. now i will send you a new quotation. i am sorry if my behavior has caused you any inconvenience.
