如果面辅料供应商选的好，服装厂选的好，那么还好，出问题的概率比较小。
毕竟现在供应商太多了，你很难去分辨谁好谁坏。选到好的供应商，你可以一直都不懂面料，供应商会帮你提前告诉你面料的风险在哪里，包括制衣风险。
至于差的供应商，只知道接单，隐瞒问题。收了货款就推卸责任。
服装包装要求（中英文表达）
有很多小伙伴建议我补充服装包装的详细要求。所以今天就打算写一篇关于服装包装要求的干货。
a.首先给大家分享一下服装包装所需要的材料
干燥剂- silica gel
挂牌-hangtag
胶袋-polyester bag
自动封口胶袋-sealed poly bag
纸箱-carton
胶带-adhesive tape
透明胶带-clear tape
贴纸-sticker
挂牌贴纸- hangtag sticker
安全贴纸-security stricker
牛皮纸-brown paper
胶针-plastic pin
橡皮筋或绳子-rubber bands or string ties
b.接下来给大家分享一下服装包装的常用中英文表达
箱嘜-carton marking 订单号-p.o.no
款号-style 颜色-color& colour
尺码-size 数量-qty&quantity
存货包号-sku# 包号-pack
重量-weight 毛重-gross weight
净重-net weight
现在进入正题了，如下：
包装指示（packing instruction)
1.can not pack different po in the same carton 一箱内不得装有不同订单的货物
2.prepack-half fold individually,solid color prepack by ratio s/2, m/3,l/2,xl/1=8pcs in one sealed poly bag.
预包装-半折包装，单色混码8件入一个自动封口胶袋，配比为s/2, m/3,l/2,xl/1
3.bulk pack-half fold solid size,solid color in one master polybag, do not individually poly bagged.
大货包装-半折包装，单码单色入一个大胶袋，不需要单个小胶袋。
4.suitable qty per carton 一箱适量包装
5.flap pack,individual poly bag by single size,not to exceed 50 lbs 平包，单色单码入一个胶袋，每箱重量不能超过50磅
6.poly bag must have warning printed on front of the bag as follows: 胶袋前面要印如下警告语
7.carton tape need to be colored background 要用彩色封箱胶带
8.no clear tape allowed. 不允许用透明胶带
9.must use sealed poly bag,poly bags must be strong enough and must sealed properly so garments do not fall out.
须用自动封口胶袋，胶袋须牢固，封口要封好以免服装漏出
10.do not use rubber bands or string ties,each carton must have consistent quality per carton.
不要用橡皮筋或绳子捆绑，每箱数量要一致
11.only one odd carton is allowed per pack# / sku# and must be marked with red tape on 2 opposite corners of the carton and must be labeled"odd carton"
每个pack# / sku# 只允许有一个尾箱，尾箱需要2头用红色封箱胶带作记号，在红色胶带上要标记“‘odd carton"
12.do not use any straps outside of carton 纸箱外不需要任何打包带
13. tape must be on all sides of carton（forming and "i" shape) 纸箱每个面都要有胶带（形成”i“字型）
14.carton must have 250lbs strength 纸箱一定要有250lbs的爆破力
15.carton dimision base must be 24"l*16"w 纸箱地面必须长24”，宽16“
16.make sure to sign the tops of the cartons that you have in spected at random 抽检过的纸箱要在顶面做记号
17.place colored security stricker on top of carton(size=5 1/2" long *2 1/2"wide-as picture below)
纸箱顶面和底面要有彩色安全贴纸（尺寸=5 1/2"长* 2 1/2”宽-见下图)
