FOR PARENTS, GUARDIANS, AND FRIENDS

Our grads are encouraged to forward this e-mail to my friends:

Hope you are well and doing ok in the lockdown. As you know, I am graduating from university in May 2020. Embassy of India Student Hub is hosting a Zoom/Facebook Live 2020 Graduation Celebration on 22 May 2020 at 12 noon EDT/9.30 pm IST. The live session will include pre-recorded videos, messages, and photos. By this Tuesday 12 May 2020, can you please send photos or a short 15-second video message congratulating me and my friends who are graduating? The video recording can be from parents, siblings, grandparents, cousins, teachers and family friends. Three requests:

  • A fun childhood photo with one line story (to show how far we’ve come).
  • Photos of rangoli/decorations/posters made to celebrate graduation.
  • A 15-second sentimental video message of hope and love from family & friends in regional languages preferred.

Send it back to me by WhatsApp (which I will further pass on to the India Student Hub team) or submit using the following FORM for FRIENDS & FAMILY: https://tinyurl.com/GradFriendFam. Help us get other photos and stories from families with students graduating in 2020. Thanks!
